The Isle of Lismore is steeped in Gaelic history! The Heritage Centre was opened in 2007 and is dedicated to shinning a light on a culture that was once oppressed. The Heritage Centre is made up of a Museum, a rebuilt 19th century Cotters House and a Gaelic/English Library. If you make the trip to Lismore then this is a must visit.
